'Dads welcome four new members to Front Office

HICKORY, NC - The Hickory Crawdads, South Atlantic League affiliate of the Texas Rangers, are excited to welcome four new full-time members to the Front Office - Director of Food & Beverage Jeff Dickson, Group Sales and Community Relations Coordinator Megan Meade, Director of Special Events Matt Moes and Director of Promotions Jared Weymier.

Dickson, 25, joined the 'Dads during the 2011 season as a concessions assistant. The Oneonta, NY native previously worked for the Oneonta Outlaws as a sports marketing intern after graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Jeff is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies and New York Giants fan.

Meade, 22, is entering her second season with the Crawdads after serving as a group sales assistant in 2011. The Columbus, OH native is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, and previously worked for the BGSU Athletic Department and the United Way of Central Ohio. Megan is an Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoys playing soccer.

Moes, 22, joined the Crawdads staff late in the 2011 season. The Becker, MN native has previously served as the director of player personnel for the La Crosse Spartans, formerly of the Indoor Football League, and as a team operations intern for the Minnesota Vikings. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and currently resides in Lincolnton with his girlfriend, Ann, and dog, Sadie. Matt is a fan of the Minnesota Twins, Vikings and New England Patriots.

Weymier, 24, joined the Crawdads as the promotions assistant before the 2011 season, and took charge of the team's promotional fun throughout the campaign. A native of Milwaukee, WI and graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, Jared previously worked for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Operations Department and is well known for his undefeated record in the Brewers' famed Sausage Race. Jared enjoys following Wisconsin teams and working out.
