Drew Storen Bobblehead Night: Aug. 20

Don't miss GEICO Drew Storen Bobblehead Night at Pfitzner Stadium on Aug. 20. The first 1,000 fans to arrive for the game between Potomac and Winston-Salem will get a free Drew Storen bobblehead, presented by Dave Stinson's Local GEICO Office.

The Washington Nationals reliever made a brief stop in Potomac on his meteoric rise through the minors. Storen made seven appearances with the P-Nats, allowing just two earned runs. He went on to make 10 appearances with Double-A Harrisburg and pitched 12 1/3 scoreless inning for the Senators.

Storen began this season in Harrisburg and was just as phenomenal. He allowed just one earned run in seven appearances and converted all four save opportunities. With that, he made the leap to Triple-A Syracuse, where he allowed just one earned run in six appearances before getting the call to the majors.

The switch-hitting right-hander boasts a minor-league ERA of 1.67 (10 ER, 53.2 IP).
