Drillers Looking For National Anthem Singers

American Idol continues to be one of America's hottest shows, and the Tulsa Drillers will be conducting their own version of Idol with National Anthem tryouts on Friday, April 3.

The Drillers will be looking for talented individuals and groups to sing the Star Spangled Banner before selected Drillers games this season. The team schedules live performances of the anthem before several games at Drillers Stadium each year.

The Drillers' open auditions will be held at Drillers Stadium from 12PM until 6PM on the 3rd.

This year's tryouts will be slightly different as all auditions will be by appointment only. Appointments can only be made in advance by e-mailing Cheryl Northness at [email protected]. No walkup tryouts will be accepted.

Selected performers from the auditions will be scheduled to sing during the summer.
