Fans To Star In TinCaps Commercial
"It only makes sense to involve and highlight our fans," said TinCaps Vice President of Marketing, Michael Limmer. "We truly wanted to make it 'all about you' this season and what better way than having them be the star of the team's commercials. We're looking for TinCaps families and groups of friends to show how excited they are about their hometown baseball team."
The TinCaps have partnered with Fort Wayne-based production company, PUNCH Films, for the commercial shoot. "This is the fourth year we've had the opportunity to partner with PUNCH Films and we're excited about this fan-centric concept," stated Limmer.
Fans that want to be considered for the TinCaps 2012 commercials have two options:
1. Create a video with your family and/or friends focusing on how much you love TinCaps baseball. Upload the video to YouTube, or drop a DVD off to the TinCaps administrative office located at Parkview Field. Email all YouTube video links to Johnny TinCap
2. Take a picture of your family and/or friends decked out in TinCaps gear and in 100-words or less describe what your family or friends love about TinCaps baseball and Parkview Field. Photos and descriptions can be emailed to Johnny TinCap or submitted to the TinCaps Administrative Office.
The submission process will be open until Wednesday, March 21st at 5:00pm. At that point all submissions will be reviewed. The best and most creative fans will star in the TinCaps 2012 commercials throughout this upcoming season.
