Job Fair Slated for February 4th

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno Grizzlies will hold their annual job fair for open game-day and Ovations Food Services staff positions on Saturday, February 4th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the main concourse at Chukchansi Park.

The Grizzlies' 72-game home schedule will begin on Friday, April 13th and run through Monday, September 3rd. Various employment opportunities include: ticket takers, ushers, security, box office, team store, video crew, promotional team, housekeeping, lifeguards, bat boys, grounds crew and more. Ovations will be responsible for hiring food service employees, such as concessions and catering staff.

The Grizzlies and Ovations will be combining to fill over 400 jobs for the 2012 season. While there are a number of returning employees, many positions will be filled through the annual job fair.

Applicants are to be fun, energetic, dependable and able to contribute to the family-friendly atmosphere and experience at Chukchansi Park. Attendees will enter the fair through Gate 2 off of H Street.

To make the application process as efficient as possible, applicants are asked to complete the respective application prior to the job fair and bring the finished version with them to the event. There are separate applications for game-day staff and Ovations Food Services, both of which are available on the Fresno Grizzlies website (www.FresnoGrizzlies.com). Applications will also be available at the job fair.
