Jonathan Glass Receives FSL Scholarship

The Dunedin Blue Jays are proud to announce that Jonathan Glass has been honored as a recipient of the 2012 Florida State League Scholarship. The scholarship, co-sponsored by the Miami Marlins, rewards student employees around the league for good grades, leadership and hardwork. 2012 marks it's 13th year.

Jonathan was selected on the basis of his stellar G.P.A. and his contributions to the Blue Jays. He was a front office intern and bat boy during this year's Spring Training and into the first half of the FSL season.

Jonathan joined the other recipients of the scholarship at Marlins Park in Miami on August 12th, and was presented with his $1,500 check in Dunedin on August 16th.

Having just graduated East Lake High School, Jonathan is now gearing up to attend Florida Southern College this fall.
