Knights announce new partnership

Deal with Belk, Inc. includes sponsorship at BB&T Ballpark

FORT MILL, S.C. -- The Charlotte Knights, Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, announced today the signing of a multiyear partnership agreement for BB&T Ballpark with Belk, Inc. The partnership also includes assets in the final year of Knights Stadium in Fort Mill for the upcoming 2013 season.

Elements of the multiyear deal include signage and branding, as well as a presenting sponsorship of two key Charlotte Knights' annual events: "Pink Knights" and Back to School Night. "Pink Knights" is the club's annual fundraiser for breast cancer awareness. The 8th annual "Pink Knights" will be held Sat, May 11, 2013 at Knights Stadium.
