New P-Nats Manager Headlines Annual Event
January 24, 2011

(WOODBRIDGE, VA) New Potomac Nationals manager Matt LeCroy will headline a list of distinguished members of the Washington organization Sunday at the P-Nats' Hot Stove Banquet. Making his first public appearance since being named the Nationals' new skipper, LeCroy will greet the fans along with a host of members of the Washington front office.

LeCroy's newly named hitting coach Mark Harris will join the fun at the Hilton Springfield this Sunday, January 30. Washington's assistant general manager Bryan Minniti - the keynote speaker for the evening - will be joined by director of player development Doug Harris. Carolina League President John Hopkins and former Virginia congressman Tom Davis will also be in attendance.

In addition to a plated dinner, the evening will also feature a Silent Auction benefiting S.P.A.R.K. (Supporting Partnerships and Resources for Kids), formerly known as the Prince William County Public Schools Education Foundation. The auction will feature memorabilia from all sports and professional teams around the country, as well as signed Nationals memorabilia. The auction will also include vacation packages, the opportunity to be GM for a day at a P-Nats home game in 2011, and much more.
