METS HOSTING MARTIN COUNTY NORTH LITTLE LEAGUE TEAM ON AUGUST 10

 

PORT ST. LUCIE, FLA. - The St. Lucie Mets will be hosting the Martin County North Little League baseball team at Tradition Field on Saturday, August 10. The Mets host the Palm Beach Cardinals at 6:30 p.m. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

 

All Martin County Little League members who wear a Martin County Little League jersey to the game will receive free admission.

 

The Mets will hold pre-game ceremonies recognizing the Martin County North Little League team and their achievements in the 2013 season.

 

The Martin County North team reached the Southeast Regional semifinals and was two wins away from reaching the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.

 

The Martin County North won its first 15 games, which was the longest undefeated start by a Little League All-Star team in Treasure Coast history.

 

It's also Showtime Saturday Night sponsored by Outback Steakhouse. It's Italian Heritage Night. Fans will have the opportunity to celebrate Italian heritage and all it has to offer from its delicious cuisine to its timeless music.

 

Stick around after the game for a post-game concert featuring a tribute to Frank Sinatra. Enjoy all you can drink 12-ounce Corona Light drafts from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for only $10, which includes a game ticket.
