Selection process underway for 2011 season

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The TinCaps have finished national anthem tryouts for the 2011 season. The selection process is underway and the TinCaps will contact those who auditioned shortly.

Tryouts took place over a three-day period. On two of the audition dates, Majic 95.1 FM program director Barb Richards and music/promotions director Marti Taylor served as celebrity judges.

National anthem performers at a TinCaps game do not receive monetary compensation, but are awarded four tickets to the game at which they perform.
