Naturals to Host Annual Job Fair

Club accepting applications for part-time work this summer

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals will be holding the annual summer job fair at Arvest Ballpark on Saturday, March 7th from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. The Naturals will be taking applications and conducting interviews for part-time, game-day associates who will be instrumental in assisting the Naturals front office in continuing to provide a superior entertainment product and providing top-notch guest services to each and every fan that visits Arvest Ballpark. The team seeks candidates for the following positions for the 2009 season:

Usher - act as the fan's host or hostess during their visit to Arvest Ballpark. Assist each fan and answer any questions or concerns that might arise.

Parking Attendant - maintain a safe parking lot and control access.

Kid Zone Attendant - operate the inflatables, playground, and wiffle ball field.

Retail Associate - requires many important skills that will contribute to the success of the shop such as great organizational skills, ability to complete sales, and maintain inventory accurately.

Ticket Seller - responsible for selling tickets and working game-day in the box office, and handling fan issues that should arise.

Ticket Scanner - responsible for the scanning of each fans ticket for admittance to Arvest Ballpark.

Camera Operators- Operates the Naturals' live cameras during the game (*prior camera experience, familiarity with videocameras required)

Bat Boy - maintain a clean baseball environment for all the players, coaches, and umpires

Concessions/Catering (Patina Restaurant Group) - cashiers, runners, suite staff and support staff to make sure all areas of the food and beverage department are running efficiently. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Kitchen cooks/staff (Patina Restaurant Group) - will handle many kitchen appliances and tools while maintaining a pace to handle suite level catering and concourse food service needs. Individuals with some cooking experience in a restaurant-type environment are normally the most successful applicants. Kitchen Crew responsibilities include food preparation, cooking and cleaning.
