May 3, 2012
The Empire State Yankees game vs. Pawtucket in Batavia on Sunday has been moved to Frontier Field in Rochester. Game time is 2:05 p.m. The Rochester Red Wings game against the Buffalo Bisons scheduled for Sunday will now be played as part of a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 5:05 p.m. at Frontier Field. Red Wings General Manager Dan Mason made the announcement.

The move was made to accommodate left-hander Andy Pettitte's rehabilitation start for the New York Yankees. Saturday's Wings-Bisons doubleheader at Frontier Field will include two seven-inning games, with gates opening at 4 p.m. Saturday.

All tickets for the regularly-scheduled Red Wings-Buffalo game on Sunday are now valid for the Yankees-Pawtucket game on Sunday at Frontier Field.

PLEASE NOTE: All fans holding tickets to the regularly-scheduled Yankees-PawSox game in Batavia on Sunday may exchange their tickets for the same game at Frontier Field. The exchange must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Dwyer Stadium box office in Batavia or the Frontier Field ticket office in Rochester.

As of Friday night May 4, only $6 standing room tickets remain for Sunday's Yankees-PawSox game. Those tickets will be available Saturday morning May 5 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Frontier Field ticket office, or by calling (585) 423-WING (9464).
