Justin Lehr (13-3, 3.31) picked up two more victories this week and continues to lead the league -- and the Minors -- in wins. He ranks second in innings pitched with 117. The right-hander was traded to the Reds from the Phillies in May and has gone 8-1 with a 2.51 ERA for Louisville. On July 20, the Orange, Calif. native gave up just one run in eight innings to earn the win over Buffalo.

Pacific Coast League
Tim Dillard, Nashville

Right-hander Tim Dillard (10-4, 3.66) was promoted to the Brewers last week after tossing his first complete-game shutout of the season on July 22. Dillard allowed just one hit while striking out four. He needed only 65 pitches to get through the game as he faced the minimum 24 batters. Dillard gave up a first-inning single but the runner was quickly taken care of on a double-play groundball and Dillard then retired the next 22 batters in order. The Sarasota, Fla. native had a 4.40 ERA in 13 games with the Brewers last season.

Eastern League
Deolis Guerra, New Britain

Twins prospect Deolis Guerra (9-8, 4.45) threw a seven-inning complete-game shutout on Thursday. The right-hander gave up four hits and struck out a season-high 12. The 20-year-old has compiled a spotless 3-0 record with a 3.52 ERA since being promoted to New Britain at the beginning of the month.

Southern League
Matt Peterson, Jacksonville

Matt Peterson (3-2, 3.27) threw three perfect innings last week and allowed just one walk in his fourth outing. The former second-rounder tops the league in saves with 24 and is tied for fourth in appearances at 39. Last season he appeared in 20 games across four levels in the Royals organization.

Texas League

Indians prospect Eric Berger collected a season-high 11 strikeouts over six shutout innings on Saturday. He has compiled a 7-7 record in 20 starts with Kinston and leads the circuit in strikeouts (98) while ranking second with a 2.29 ERA.

Florida State League

Clemson University product D.J. Mitchell has won three straight starts, including Sunday's outing, when the Yankees prospect scattered four hits and two walks over six scoreless innings. Between Charleston and Tampa, the right-hander owns a 10-6 record and 2.78 ERA.

Midwest League

In his next five-inning outing July 26, Crosby allowed one run on two hits while striking out seven to earn the win. Crosby ranks seventh in the league in ERA and his 101 strikeouts rank fourth.

South Atlantic League

He leads the league in innings pitched with 45 and is tied for the league lead in wins.

Pioneer League
