Justin Lehr, Louisville

Justin Lehr (13-3, 3.31) picked up two more victories this week and continues to lead the league -- and the Minors -- in wins. He ranks second in innings pitched with 117. The right-hander was traded to the Reds from the Phillies in May and has gone 8-1 with a 2.51 ERA for Louisville. On July 20, the Orange, Calif. native gave up just one run in eight innings to earn the win over Buffalo.

Pacific Coast League
Tim Dillard, Nashville
1-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 G, 1 GS, 8 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 4 SO
Right-hander Tim Dillard (10-4, 3.66) was promoted to the Brewers last week after tossing his first complete-game shutout of the season on July 22. Dillard allowed just one hit while striking out four. He needed only 65 pitches to get through the game as he faced the minimum 24 batters. Dillard gave up a first-inning single but the runner was quickly taken care of on a double-play groundball and Dillard then retired the next 22 batters in order. The Sarasota, Fla. native had a 4.40 ERA in 13 games with the Brewers last season.

Eastern League
Deolis Guerra, New Britain
0-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 G, 1 GS, 7.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 12 SO
Twins prospect Deolis Guerra (9-8, 4.45) threw a seven-inning complete-game shutout on Thursday. The right-hander gave up four hits and struck out a season-high 12. The 20-year-old has compiled a spotless 3-0 record with a 3.52 ERA since being promoted to New Britain at the beginning of the month.

Southern League
Matt Peterson, Jacksonville
0-0, 0.00 ERA, 4 G, 0 GS, 4 IP, 4 SV, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 2 SO
Matt Peterson (3-2, 3.27) threw three perfect innings last week and allowed just one walk in his fourth outing. The former second-rounder tops the league in saves with 24 and is tied for fourth in appearances at 39. Last season he appeared in 20 games across four levels in the Royals organization.

Texas League
Ernesto Frieri, San Antonio
1-0, 0.00 ERA, 1 G, 1 GS, 7.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 SO
Padres prospect Ernesto Frieri (8-5, 3.11) fanned a season-high seven batters over seven shutout innings on Wednesday. The right-hander ranks seventh in the league in ERA.

California League
Joey Williamson, Modesto

Joey Williamson (11-1, 3.15) did not allow an earned run in either start last week. Although he was used almost exclusively as a reliever until June, the Rockies prospect is tied for second in the league in wins.

Carolina League
Eric Berger, Kinston

Indians prospect Eric Berger collected a season-high 11 strikeouts over six shutout innings on Saturday. He has compiled a 7-7 record in 20 starts with Kinston and leads the circuit in strikeouts (98) while ranking second with a 2.29 ERA.

Florida State League
D.J. Mitchell, Tampa
2-0, 0.69 ERA, 2 G, 2 GS, 13 IP, 9 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 9 SO
Clemson University product D.J. Mitchell has won three straight starts, including Sunday's outing, when the Yankees prospect scattered four hits and two walks over six scoreless innings. Between Charleston and Tampa, the right-hander owns a 10-6 record and 2.78 ERA.

Midwest League
Casey Crosby, West Michigan
1-0, 0.90 ERA, 2 G, 2 GS, 10 IP, 2 H, 1 R 1 ER, 3 BB, 15 SO
Tigers prospect Casey Crosby (8-3, 2.92) tossed five scoreless innings on July 20, walking two without giving up a hit. In his next five-inning outing July 26, Crosby allowed one run on two hits while striking out seven to earn the win. Crosby ranks seventh in the league in ERA and his 101 strikeouts rank fourth.

South Atlantic League
Cory Arbiso, Charleston

Yankees prospect Cory Arbiso shined in his fourth start of the season. The Cal State Fullerton product tossed eight hitless innings to earn the win on July 22. The right-hander has compiled a 3-7 record and 2.98 ERA between Staten Island and Charleston this year.

Appalachian League
Charles Delk, Bristol

After a rough outing last week, White Sox prospect Charles Delk redeemed himself by throwing seven perfect innings on July 22. He struck out a season-high seven in the win. The Clemson University product has a 2-3 record and 6.33 ERA in six games with Bristol.

New York-Penn League
Adam Wilk, Oneonta

Tigers prospect Adam Wilk whiffed a season-high eight batters on July 23, holding Tri-City scoreless and limiting them to three hits in the victory. The southpaw has allowed just one earned run in six games with Oneonta this season. The Anaheim, Calif. native sports a 2-0 record and league-best 0.30 ERA.

Northwest League
Orlando Yntema, Salem-Keizer

Right-hander Orlando Yntema became the first player in franchise history to throw a nine-inning complete-game shutout on July 26. The Giants prospect needed just 88 pitches, as he only gave up three hits while fanning a season-high seven over nine innings. Yntema has a 4-0 record and 2.80 ERA this season. He leads the league in innings pitched with 45 and is tied for the league lead in wins.

Pioneer League
Michael Fiers, Helena
0-0, 0.00 ERA, 3 G, 0 GS, 2 SV, 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 10 SO
Brewers prospect Michael Fiers claimed the league's save lead with two more this past week. He has a 1.69 ERA in 11 games with Helena this season and batters are hitting just .145 against the right-hander.
