Rangers Caravan Luncheon Set for Feb. 1
ROUND ROCK, Texas - The back-to-back American League Champion Texas Rangers will again be featured in a caravan luncheon hosted by their top affiliate - the Round Rock Express - Wednesday, Feb. 1, at The Dell Diamond. The event will be held in the United Heritage Conference Center; doors will open at 11:30 a.m. CST.
Tickets for the luncheon will go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 4, through the Round Rock Express ticket office (512.255.2255) and online at www.RoundRockExpress.com. Individual general admission tickets are $40, while a table of eight can be reserved for $300. The event, presented by Cody Pools and Mission Plastering, will begin at noon with a one-hour autograph session for ticketed attendees following the program.
Rangers players and front-office personnel expected to attend the luncheon will be announced in early January.
Round Rock claimed the 2011 Pacific Coast League American Southern Division title with a franchise-record 87 wins. The 2012 season begins early for Express fans as Round Rock will host the Rangers for an exhibition game Monday, April 2, at The Dell Diamond.
