RiverDogs Abound In Yankees Top 10 Prospects

CHARLESTON, SC - The Top 10 New York Yankees prospects for 2013 according to Baseball America has a very distinct Charleston feel to it as the top eight are all former RiverDogs, and the ninth and tenth prospects could potentially start next year in the Lowcountry.

The top rated prospect is outfielder Mason Williams, who spent the majority of 2012 in a RiverDogs uniform. The remainder of the top 10 after Williams is listed in order (with their years spent in Charleston in parentheses):

  • RHP Jose Campos (2012)
  • RHP Brett Marshall (2009-10)

  • RHP Rafael De Paula (n/a)
