Stewart, Seletsky complement Charleston staff
January 10, 2013
CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Charleston RiverDogs general manager Dave Echols has announced the addition of Ryan Stewart as the club's new box office manager and Harris Seletsky is the new operations assistant.

Stewart replaces David Cullins, who was promoted in November to a sales representative's position. A participant in the RiverDogs' internship program last year, which is regarded as one of the best in the region, Stewart worked in the box office and managed the Will Call office, while also handling daily ticket transactions, online ticket orders and phone orders. A 2012 graduate of College of Charleston, Stewart also was involved with HOPE Week, in which the RiverDogs and their parent club, the New York Yankees, spend a week enhancing the causes for local charities.

Stewart also has worked with the Ripken Experience and in the hospitality industry in his hometown of Myrtle Beach.

Seletsky becomes the club's first operations assistant and he will work with both veteran staffer John Schumacher and head groundskeeper Mike Williams.

Seletsky has grounds crew work experience with the Pittsfield (Mass.) Suns and at Kutshers Golf & Country Club in Monticello, N.Y. A native of South Fallsburg, N.Y., Seletsky attended SUNY-Orange where he played on the baseball team for two seasons. He graduated from SUNY-Cortland in the spring of 2012.

The RiverDogs open the 2013 campaign on April 11 with a seven-game homestand that features the Augusta GreenJackets and the Rome Braves. For ticket information, please contact the box office at 843/577-DOGS (3647) or at www.riverdogs.com online.
