San Jose Giants Winter Clinics
The San Jose Giants recognize the importance of individual instruction and are committed to having numerous instructors on-hand for the most personal interaction and focused attention possible. The coaching staff and clinics will be led by former San Jose Giant and current Account Executive and Camp Coordinator, Taylor Wilding.
"San Jose Giants Winter Clinics are an excellent way to help prepare young players for their upcoming season," said Wilding. "We will focus a great deal on individual skills and providing participants with the attention they need in order to improve this coming season."
The cost of the two-day clinic is $130.00, or kids can participate in both clinic sessions for the special price of $230.00. During clinics, participants will work on all fundamentals of the game with a focus on base-running, hitting, throwing, catching, and fielding. All sessions will take place at San Jose State's Blethen Field from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Participants will receive a San Jose Giants Youth Development Program Shirt, included in the registration price.

The San Jose Giants begin their 2013 season on Thursday, April 4 at Visalia with the home opener set for Thursday, April 11 against the Rawhide. The Opening Night Extravaganza will include a postgame fireworks show, 2013 magnet schedule giveaway and much more. The Giants will also feature home games on Mother's Day (May 12), Memorial Day (May 27), Independence Day (July 4) and Labor Day (September 2). On June 18, for the first time ever, Municipal Stadium will host the 2013 California-Carolina League All-Star Game.
