Schedule Released for 2013 Season

New York-Penn League Schedule Sets Renegades Opening Day for June 21, 2013

(FISHKILL, NY) - The Hudson Valley Renegades, New York-Penn League Champions, are excited to celebrate 20 years of Renegades Baseball at Dutchess Stadium. The Class-A Short Season Tampa Bay Rays Affiliate will open their season at The Dutch on Friday, June 21, 2013 against the Staten Island Yankees (New York Yankees) at 7:05 P.M. with post-game fireworks to kick off to this monumental year.

The 2013 schedule consists of 7 homestands as well as 5 commuter trips against our closest competitors, the Staten Island Yankees (New York Yankees) and the Brooklyn Cyclones (New York Mets). The Aberdeen IronBirds (Baltimore Orioles) will make the most appearances in the Hudson Valley for the 2013 season, playing a total of 7 games at The Dutch. The Renegades will play 38 home games at Dutchess Stadium with their final home game on September 4 against the Connecticut Tigers (Detroit Tigers).

Regular season home games will consist of a 7:05 P.M. start Monday-Saturday excluding the Renegades final homestand (September 2-4) in which the game times are set for a 6:35 P.M. Sunday home games will begin at 5:05 P.M with exception to Sunday, June 30 and Sunday August 4, which have a start time of 1:05 P.M. The 2013 schedule features one day game that will take place Monday, July 15 at 11:05 A.M,
