The No. 35 prospect in baseball per MLB Pipeline drilled an upper-deck home run and a double on Friday night, totaling five RBIs, a regular-season career high. Domínguez's big night led Double-A Somerset in the Patriots' 11-4 win over Hartford.

The big fly came in the fourth inning when The Martian sent an unidentified flying object into the night sky. Right-handed reliever Fineas Del Bonta-Smith had just entered the game and the top-ranked Yankees prospect welcomed him with a three-run shot that put Somerset up 5-0.

The moonshot was Domínguez’s ninth of the year and made the six-game set against the Yard Goats his eighth straight series with a homer.

Domínguez’s second hit of the night came in the sixth – his next at-bat. Batting from the left side again, the Dominican Republic native pulled a line drive down the right-field line and into the corner. The ball rattled around, and Domínguez strolled into second base with a stand-up double. The laser tallied another two RBIs making it five on the day for Domínguez.

The only time the 20-year-old has driven in more runs in a game was in the Eastern League playoffs last year. In that game he sent two baseballs into orbit and ended with six RBIs.

Domínguez has slashed .208/.370/.399 so far this season and has drawn an impressive 46 walks in 227 plate appearances. That’s a walk in just under every five plate appearances, a full two plate appearances better than last season. The Patriots will finish off the series against Hartford this weekend and Domínguez can aim to continue his streak back home when they take on the Altoona Curve.
