Fans will have the chance to be the first to find out the new name and rebranding information by signing up for the newly-launched Baseballtown Insider. The Baseballtown Insider is catered to fans who want to receive breaking news about everything Baseballtown before it is released to anyone outside the organization. All will be revealed at the Name Change Announcement on Saturday, November 17th from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The franchise's new name, logo, and jersey set will be announced at 12:30 p.m. on the Weston Center Winning Smiles Stage. Members of the Baseballtown Insider will receive FREE hot dogs, hot chocolate, and soda while listening to Grammy Award-winning guitarist David Cullen. Out front of the VIST Bank gates, vintage merchandise, signage, and other memorabilia will be sold in Hillbilly Hoff's Baseballtown Yard Sale. This one-of-a-kind opportunity is the only way to purchase Reading Phillies merchandise prior to the rebranding. 

The Name Change Announcement is only open to those who subscribe to the Baseballtown Insider, a just-launched newsletter catered to the fan who wants to receive breaking news about everything Baseballtown before it is released to anyone outside of the organization. Subscribers to the Baseballtown Insider will also catch wind of the new Reading baseball team name, logos, and uniform before it is released to the public on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
