Suns Announce 2013 Home Schedule

Hagerstown, MD - The Hagerstown Suns, Single-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals, today announce the home schedule for the 2013 South Atlantic League season at Municipal Stadium. Opening Day in Hagerstown will be on April 11th versus the Delmarva Shorebirds, affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles.

The Suns 70-game home schedule is loaded 12 total games versus the Shorebirds and 13 games with fellow Northern Division rivals, the Lakewood BlueClaws (Philadelphia Phillies).

• 13 games vs. the Lakewood BlueClaws (Philadelphia Phillies)

• 12 games vs. the Delmarva Shorebirds (Baltimore Orioles)

• 7 games vs. the Kannapolis Intimidators (Chicago White Sox)

• 6 games vs. the Greensboro Grasshoppers (Miami Marlins)

• 3 against the West Virginia Power (Pittsburg Pirates)

SOUTHERN DIVISION (19 games):

• 8 games vs. the Lexington Legends (Houston Astros)
