Three Strikes 

• It was a busy week for trades, particularly in Pittsburgh. The Bucs dealt two franchise pillars in Gerrit Cole to the Astros and Andrew McCutchen to the Giants, receiving prospects Colin Moran, Jason Martin, Bryan Reynolds and Kyle Crick as well as Major Leaguers Joe Musgrove and Michael Feliz in return. Tyler and Sam open up the show with a discussion about what the moves mean for a Pittsburgh rebuild and what the Giants are trying to do by adding another All-Star at a position of need.
• Strike Two touches on this week's Prospect Projections piece about American League Central rookies. Sam explains why the White Sox pipeline that brought Yoán Moncada, Lucas Giolito and Reynaldo López to the South Side in 2017 should do the same with Eloy Jiménez and Michael Kopech this season.
