Felix Pie hit a grand slam and drove in a career-high six runs to power Gwinnett to a 13-1 rout of visiting Durham. Josh Wilson and Ruben Gotay added solo shots and Ernesto Mejia contributed a pair of doubles and two RBIs for the Braves. Rays No. 5 prospect Tim Beckham had two hits and scored the Bulls' lone run.

Yunesky Maya took a perfect game into the seventh inning before allowing a solo homer to Chris Parmelee as Syracuse held on for a 2-1 triumph over Rochester. Maya finished with eight one-hit innings to earn his eighth win and Christian Garcia pitched a perfect ninth for his fifth save for the Chiefs.

Tyler Cloyd tossed a four-hitter for his first career shutout as Lehigh Valley blanked Norfolk, 3-0, in the first game of a doubleheader. Cody Overbeck slugged a solo homer and Domonic Brown had two hits for the IronPigs, while Tides starter Jake Arrieta allowed three runs on six hits over 5 1/3 innings.

Tuffy Gosewisch hit a walk-off single in the 10th inning as Lehigh Valley outlasted Norfolk, 5-4, to complete a doubleheader sweep. Jason Pridie smacked a three-run homer and Pete Orr reached base three times and scored twice for the IronPigs. Nate McLouth went 2-for-4 and scored twice for the Tides.

Reds No. 6 prospect Neftali Soto ripped a go-ahead two-run homer as Louisville beat Buffalo, 3-1. Tim Gustafson allowed an unearned run on three hits over five innings but did not figure in the decision for the Bats. Lucas Duda scored the lone run for the Bisons.

Vinny Rottino collected four hits and scored twice as Columbus cruised past Toledo, 13-2. Matt Pagnozzi collected three RBIs and former IL MVP Russ Canzler slugged his 16th homer as the Clippers banged out 21 hits. Justin Henry was 3-for-5 with an RBI to raise his average to .287 for the Mud Hens.

Chris Hernandez allowed four hits over five innings of scoreless relief to earn his first win as Pawtucket defeated Indianapolis, 5-3. Lars Anderson drove in a pair of runs and Daniel Bard tossed a hitless inning out of the PawSox bullpen. Jeff Clement connected for a two-run homer for the Indians.

Brandon Laird homered twice and drove in three runs to lead Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to a 6-4 victory at Charlotte. Yankees No. 11 prospect Adam Warren recorded his first win in more than a month, yielding three runs on six hits over six innings. Dan Johnson drilled his 23rd homer for the Knights.

Omar Poveda struck out nine over five innings and Nick Green smacked a solo homer as New Orleans blanked Omaha, 2-0. Green collected three hits to raise his average to .351. Storm Chasers starter Doug Davis scattered nine hits en route to his first complete game since 2006.

Greg Reynolds allowed one run on five hits over seven innings as Round Rock shut down Albuquerque, 5-1. Luis Martinez delivered a bases-clearing double and Julio Borbon tripled for the Express. Trent Oltjen had three hits, including a double, for the Isotopes.

Chris Volstad yielded four hits over eight innings to halt a personal five-game losing streak as Iowa defeated Oklahoma City, 5-1. Alfredo Amezaga picked up three hits and Dave Sappelt drove in two runs for the I-Cubs. Astros No. 2 prospect Jarred Cosart was roughed up in his return to the PCL, allowing three runs on four hits over 3 2/3 innings.

Tyson Ross retired 24 of his first 26 batters en route to his first complete game since 2009 as Sacramento beat Salt Lake, 7-2. Collin Cowgill doubled twice, drove in a run and scored once for the River Cats, while Matt Long had an RBI triple for the Bees.

Eugenio Velez capped a three-hit night with a two-run single in the 10th inning as Memphis held on for a 4-3 victory at Nashville. Shane Robinson chipped in two hits and scored a run for the Redbirds, while Corey Patterson went 2-for-5 with a pair of RBIs at the top of the Sounds' lineup.

Brendan Harris highlighted a five-run eighth inning with a two-run single as visiting Colorado Springs rallied past Reno, 7-4. Charlie Blackmon doubled, singled, scored twice and drove in a run for the Sky Sox, while D-backs No. 6 prospect A.J. Pollock hit a two-run double and scored once for the Aces.

Blue Jays No. 12 prospect Adeiny Hechavarria went 3-for-4, scored twice and drove in a run to lead Las Vegas to an 8-5 road win over Fresno. Mike McCoy and Chris Woodward each had three hits and a pair of RBIs for the 51s, while Brett Pill and Ryan Lollis homered for the Grizzlies.

Luis Rodriguez slugged a two-run walk-off homer in the ninth inning, giving Tacoma a 2-1 triumph over Tucson. Steve Garrison allowed one run on four hits over eight innings but did not figure in the decision for the Rainiers. Padres starter Bear Bay gave up three hits over 6 1/3 shutout frames.
