13-Time Texas League champs celebrate 25th season at Wolff Stadium

SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Missions are excited to announce their schedule for the 2018 season. The 13-time Texas League champions will open the 2018 campaign on Thursday, April 5 at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock, AR when they square off with the Arkansas Travelers (Seattle Mariners AA) for the first of three. Following their series with the Travs, the Missions will play another three-game set against the Northwest Arkansas Naturals (Kansas City Royals AA) from April 8-10.

San Antonio kicks off its 25th season at Wolff Stadium on Thursday, April 12 when they take on the Travelers at 7:05 PM. The Missions' opening homestand, which includes another series with the Naturals, runs through April 17.

The Missions are thrilled to once again host a special H-E-B Fourth of July Celebration. First pitch on Wednesday, July 4 will be 5:05 PM followed by a post-game concert and fireworks extravaganza. Some of the past performers to take the Wolff Stadium stage have included Kevin Fowler, Jack Ingram, Robert Earl Keen, Jerry Jeff Walker and Wade Bowen.

Several popular promotions will return to Wolff Stadium in 2018, including Dollar Night, where fans can purchase beer, hot dogs and soda each for just $1 during every Thursday home game. Tuesday nights at the Wolff will once again be $2 Tuesday, with outfield reserved tickets, parking, sausage wraps and Luciano's cheese pizza available for just $2. Following every Saturday home game, Mission fans will be treated to a special fireworks show.
