Advance Ticket Sales: Tickets for all Mobile BayBears home games can be purchased by visiting the stadium box office weekdays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Tickets can be ordered by phone by calling (251) 572-BEAR (2327). Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover required. Tickets can be purchased on the Mobile BayBears official website, www.mobilebaybears.com

Game Times Subject to Change.
Gate Times: Stadium gates open at 6 p.m. on weekdays and one hour prior to first pitch on weekends.
Alcohol Regulations: All persons purchasing alcoholic beverages must have valid photo identification and be twenty-one (21) years of age in compliance with Alabama State liquor laws. Acceptable forms of identification include an Alabama State driver's license, an Alabama State non-driver's I.D., a military I.D. or a passport. It is unlawful to purchase alcohol for minors.
BayBear Beach: This picnic area (exclusive minimums) comes with an awesome field level view. BayBear Beach opens to the public after the first pitch. For more information, please call 251-572-BEAR (2327).
Behavior: As BayBears Baseball is a family-oriented experience, we ask that the behavior of our fans be in accordance with this atmosphere. Therefore, the use of disruptive and vulgar language or gestures is prohibited. If the enjoyment of visiting Hank Aaron Stadium is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan, please contact ballpark security, an usher or staff member so the situation can be corrected immediately.
Birthdays: If you wish to have a birthday announced during the game, please report to the Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate. We do also offer birthday parties here at Hank Aaron Stadium. For more information, please call 251-572-BEAR (2327).
Buses: Buses are permitted into Hank Aaron Stadium, but are subject to an extra parking charge.
Cameras: Fans are permitted to use both still and video cameras in the ballpark to shoot pre-game, game action and between innings as long as they are not obstructing other fans. Tripods and other camera stands are prohibited. Fans should be advised it is illegal to sell or mass-produce any photos taken at Hank Aaron Stadium without the consent of the Mobile BayBears. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in fan ejection and/or confiscation of film.
Child Ticket Policy: Children three years old and under are admitted to Hank Aaron Stadium baseball games as long as they are carried through the turnstiles by a parent or guardian and do not occupy a seat. Children four and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark.
Concessions: Concessions are operated by BallCorps Beverage -- a division of BallCorps Management. Concession stands are equipped to accept debit cards.
Field Measurements: The ballpark's dimensions are as follows: left foul line - 325 feet; right foul line - 310 feet; center field - 400 feet; right center - 387 feet and left center - 396 feet. The home run fence is eight feet high from left to left-center field, sixteen feet high in center field, and 14 feet high in the other areas.
First Aid: Fans in need of first aid and/or EMT assistance should report to First Aid Room located behind section BB.
Food & Beverage Carry-In Policy: No OUTSIDE food or beverage of any kind is permitted into Hank Aaron Stadium.
Gaslight Park: This large picnic area can be rented out for a pre-game picnic for parties as small as 50 all the way up to 1,000 people. Gaslight Park opens up to the public after the first pitch. For more information please call (251) 572-BEAR (2327).
Swinging Bear Gift Shop: Located to the right of the main gate, The Swinging Bear Gift Shop contains all the BayBears memorabilia and gear needed including caps, t-shirts, outerwear and much more. Open M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and on gamedays.
Fan Services: The Fan Services booth is located in the concourse behind home plate. A BayBears representative is available when the gates open and until the conclusion of the game.
Lost and Found: Fans who have lost or found an item during an event at Hank Aaron Stadium should report to the Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate. Items unclaimed after the event is over are handed over to the BayBears front office. The main office can be contacted by calling 251-572-BEAR (2327).
Lost Children: Lost children should be escorted to the Synovus Bank Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate. Parents trying to locate a lost child should contact the Synovus Bank Services booth.
Maintenance: If you notice an area of the ballpark (i.e., seats, rest rooms, lights) you feel needs to be repaired, please stop by the Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate and let the BayBears representative know. The staff will remedy the problem as soon as possible.
Paging: EMERGENCY SITUATIONS that require a guest to be paged may be brought to the attention of the Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of guide dogs and except for Bark in the Park promotions.
Special Needs: Hank Aaron Stadium offers the following services for physically challenged fans:
Parking: - There are a number of disabled parking spaces in the Hank Aaron Stadium parking. The reserved spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled fans, or those driving a fan with a handicap, should notify the parking manager of their desire to park in the reserved handicapped area. Upon notification, the parking lot staff will direct the vehicle to the closest parking space, subject to availability. Proper handicapped identification is required. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.
Seating -We have a number of seats on the 3rd Base Side for physically challenged fans. Included in those are also spaces for wheelchairs to be placed.
Postponed Games: Any BayBear game can be postponed without advanced notice due to adverse weather conditions at any time. Notice of postponed games can be found on the team website and BayBears social media sites.
Game in progress postponed: If this occurs while you are at the ballpark, keep your ticket stub and redeem it at the ticket office for a future game subject to availability and excluding special events. Please be advised, this transaction does not have to take place on the day the game is postponed. According to Southern League Rules, five innings (or 4 ½ innings if the home team is leading the game) constitutes a complete game and no ticket refunds or rain checks will be issued. In the event a double header is postponed after five innings of game one have been completed, it will be considered a complete game. No refunds or rain checks will be issued.
Game postponed before gates open: Never wasted ticket policy allows you to exchange your rain out tickets at the Box Office for any regular season game. Subject to availability and excluding special events.
Please be advised the Southern League President governs the rescheduling of postponed games and, in most cases, the game will be replayed on the next available date. The umpires make the sole determination to postpone a game that has started and can only do so after waiting a minimum of 45 minutes from the time the game was halted. During an opponent's last trip to a city, the umpires make the sole determination to postpone a game, even if it hasn't started.
Press Box: Located above sections 106 and 107, the press box is home to the radio broadcasters, official scorer, PA announcer, and music and video operators. Any questions about the press box, contact 251-572-BEAR (2327).
Private Parties: There are several areas (Gaslight Park, BayBear Beach, Cirrus Event Center, VIP Suite & 755 Club) throughout the ballpark in which your group can enjoy a private party. For more information, please call 251-572-BEAR (2327)
Radio-Personal TV's: These items are allowed in the stadium, as long as their use does not disrupt other guests.
Rain Delays: The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions, as well as when a game will be resumed or terminated after such suspension begins. An umpire must wait a minimum of 30 minutes after a suspension begins before making a determination on postponement or termination. A rain delay may continue as long as he believes there is any chance to resume play.
Rest Rooms: Rest Rooms are located on the first base and third base side of the concourse.
Security: Stadium security is provided by Showtime Security.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at Hank Aaron Stadium except in Gaslight Park. Hank Aaron Stadium is a smoke free facility.
Scoreboard: The LED videoboard located over the outfield wall in right-centerfield will broadcast the player information for both the BayBears and the visiting team. Birthdays and special welcomes will also be displayed on the board. If you wish to have something mentioned on the videoboard, please report to the Fan Services Booth located in the concourse behind home plate. There is a $5 fee for mentions on the videoboard.
Soliciting: Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in Hank Aaron Stadium is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the property.
Suite Rentals: A limited number of luxury suites are available for rental on a game-by-game basis. These include the VIP suite, located behind home plate. For rental inquiries, please call 251-572-BEAR (2327)..

Will Call: The Will Call window is located in the box office, and is open an hour and a half before game time through the 5th inning.
Ushers: BayBear ushers are situated throughout the seating areas of the ballpark to assist you with your seating needs and to make your visit to the ballpark more enjoyable. If there is anyone or anything interrupting your enjoyment of the ballgame, please ask your usher for his assistance.
Cirrus Event Center: The Cirrus Event Center, located in Gaslight Park, is 4,000 square foot state of the art facility, complete with HDTV and wireless internet. The building has a capacity of 250 people and is the perfect setting for company meetings, picnics, award banquets, and much more. Catering is also available for your function.
