ZEBULON, N.C. - The Milwaukee Brewers announced a series of roster transactions today with two affecting the Carolina Mudcats active roster. The moves included the placement of INF Isan Díaz on to the Carolina disabled list (effective August 10) and the transfer of INF Wendell Rijo to the Mudcats from

ZEBULON, N.C. - The Milwaukee Brewers announced a series of roster transactions today with two affecting the Carolina Mudcats active roster. The moves included the placement of INF Isan Díaz on to the Carolina disabled list (effective August 10) and the transfer of INF Wendell Rijo to the Mudcats from Double-A Biloxi.

The Mudcats roster is currently at 25 active players with four on the disabled list. 
In summary:
8/12 - INF Isan Díaz placed on to the Carolina disabled list (retroactive to 8/10).
8/12 - INF Wendell Rijo transferred to Carolina from Biloxi.
The most recent roster is attached.
Rijo will wear jersey No. 7.
The Carolina Mudcats are the proud new Carolina League, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. First established in 1991, the two-time Southern League Champion Mudcats are in their 27th consecutive season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C.
