MISSOULA, Montana - The Billings Mustangs (12-18, 30-37-1) lost their final game against the Missoula Osprey during the 2017 regular season on Friday, falling 9-4 in front of 2,941 at Ogren Park Allegiance Field.

Missoula managed to score six runs in the first inning on eight hits. Hunter Greene (0-1) made it through just one out before being pulled from the game. He would give up six runs on six hits while striking out one in his second professional start.

The Osprey then scored their final three runs in the third on a pair of triples from Francis Martinez and William Gorman. It was the first triple of the season for Martinez in a 2-for-4 performance. The Osprey collected 15 total hits in the game.

Zac Correll and Ryan Nutof combined for four shutout innings of relief. They would strike out three and allow one walk.

Raul Wallace had his second multi-hit performance in as many nights. The outfielder, making just his third start for Billings, went 2-for-4 with two doubles.

Hendrik Clementina hit his sixth homerun of the season in the eighth for his only hit of the night. The Mustangs managed to score in three consecutive innings late, but the deficit would be too much to overcome.

The Mustangs split their season series with the Osprey 8-8 after dropping three of four in the set. They now head to Helena to take on the Brewers in a two-game series beginning Saturday at Kindrick Legion Field. First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m.
