- With Sunday's 8-3 win, the Sounds improved to 19-17 on the season.
- Nick Martini extended his consecutive on-base streak to 24 games when he singled up the middle in the eighth inning. Since April 14, Martini has reached safely in every game he has played in.
- Sheldon Neuse extended his hitting streak to a season-high six games with his leadoff double in the seventh inning. He has also struck out in each of his last 15 games after being fanned in his first at-bat. Neuse doubled twice in a game for the first time this season. He is now batting .435 (10-for-23) with 5 runs, 4 doubles, and 4 RBI during the six-game streak.
