The Nashville Sounds announced today that general admission tickets for Sunday's Major League Baseball exhibition game between the Texas Rangers and Sounds are on sale now.
Due to high demand, purchasing general admission tickets has been moved up from day-of-game only to immediately. General admission tickets are now available for $20 (sales tax not included) and can be purchased at the Nashville Sounds Ticket Office, via phone at (615) 690-4487 or by clicking here.
Consistent with any reserved seat purchase at First Tennessee Park, a general admission ticket allows access to ballpark areas such as the Zander Insurance Berm and The Band Box.
A limited number of seats in the lower bowl and Club Level remain available. Additionally, limited seats are available in the Vanderbilt Health Picnic Area.
The last time a Major League Baseball exhibition was played in Nashville was June 3, 1999 when the Sounds hosted the Pittsburgh Pirates at Greer Stadium.
Seniors and military families can enjoy a $2.00 discount to the Major League exhibition game. The offer is valid for any general admission or reserved seat section - subject to availability. Offer valid for up to four (4) tickets per I.D. (Seniors 55 +, government-issued military I.D. required at ticket office; no phone orders).
The 42nd season of Nashville Sounds baseball officially begins on Thursday, April 4, when the Sounds host the Iowa Cubs at 6:35 p.m. Season ticket memberships for the 2019 season are available now by calling (615) 690-4487 or by visiting www.nashvillesounds.com.
