SAN ANTONIO - Northwest Arkansas dropped the second game of the three-game series against the San Antonio Missions on Sunday night by a 6-1 final score at Nelson Wolff Stadium. SAN ANTONIO - Northwest Arkansas dropped the second game of the three-game series against the San Antonio Missions on Sunday night by a 6-1 final score at Nelson Wolff Stadium. The Naturals out-hit the Missions 8-6; but batted just 1-for-11 with men in scoring position.
Northwest Arkansas (48-39/9-8) trailed 2-0 after the first inning and sliced into the Missions lead with a run-scoring single by Zach Walters to plate Nicky Lopez in the third inning.

Emilio Ogando (6-6, 3.54) pitched into the sixth innings and allowed three runs on two hits and struck out seven batters in his 13th start of the season for the Naturals. The left-hander posted a stretch from the final out of the first inning to the second out in the fourth of nine straight hitters retired and struck out the side on 13 pitches in the fifth frame to highlight his day.
Jack Lopez fueled the offense with his team-leading seventh three-hit game of the season while Nick Dini tabbe his third double of the season.
The Naturals conclude the current road trip on Monday morning with an 11:05 a.m. first pitch from San Antonio and look to clinch the club's first series win in the Alamo City since August, 2015.
Right-hander, Corey Ray (5-5, 4.38) will make the start for the Naturals on Monday morning against right-hander, Chris Huffman (3-2, 2.98) countering for the Missions.
