The Inspired Artwork of Debbie Curtin

July 29, 2016

Debbie Curtin is an artist, writer, and talented friend of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, who is always redefining herself through an endless variety of art styles and writing opportunities.

She loves to paint, and she loves to write. Fortunately, she loves baseball, too.

On display at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium this season in the front office reception area and in select suites, are baseball and youth-inspired pieces of original artwork created by Debbie.

The talented artist began painting murals in support of the non-profit group, Eagle Eyes, that brings positive energy to troubled youth while adding art to the greater Manchester area. Years ago, the mural projects began in a quest to offset the negative side of graffiti that has invaded inner cities.

"I didn't know how to paint on barn doors, garage doors or on the side of a brick building until I was challenged to pick up a brush and do it," said Debbie. "Never say 'I can't' because then you won't and you'll never know until you try."

You can view more of Debbie's beautiful and fun artwork and paintings she's created at DebbieCurtin.com, and you can receive more information about requesting a commissioned piece of artwork for your own personal collection, too.
