The venue is fully ADA accessible. For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with disabilities, the stadium has elevators located inside the main lobby at Gate 3 and also near Gate 1 along left field. Ramp entrances with access to the main concourse are located at Gates 1 and 4. ADA seating is available at the top of the lower level seating bowl on a first come, first serve basis. Visibly pregnant women will also have access to this ADA area.
Automated teller machines are located to the left and right across from the Customer Service Booth on the 2nd level main concourse area.
Customer Service Booth
The Customer Service Booth is located in the 2nd level, main concourse area behind home plate. Please direct all inquiries to the Customer Service Booth, including lost and found items, lost and found children, lucky seat prize redemptions, advance ticket purchases, promotion sign-ins or to ask any questions that may arise while visiting the ballpark.
Centerplate is the official concessionaire and caterer for the New Orleans Baby Cakes and they offer a wide range of concession items ranging from traditional ballpark staples such as hot dogs, corn dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, nachos with cheese and popcorn to the more extravagant foods and local cuisine.
Report emergencies to any stadium usher, security police officer or to the Customer Service Booth.

Anyone trespassing on the field, throwing anything onto the field, using abusive and/or obscene language, or those deemed intoxicated will be subject to ejection and/or prosecution. If you witness a violation of any of these policies, please contact any Baby Cakes employee, security officer or the Customer Service Booth.
Emergency medical technicians are on site at all Baby Cakes games. Medical care is available at the Customer Service Booth.
Please be aware that the ball can be hit into the seating area. Stay alert anytime you are in the seating area. If you catch a foul ball, please feel free to keep it! Also, be on the lookout, as bats are sometimes inadvertently tossed into the stands.
Lost & Found
You may inquire about lost items or turn in found items at the Customer Service Booth.
The Baby Cakes will utilize the public address paging service only in cases of extreme emergency. For emergency assistance, please report to the Customer Service Booth.
Parking is $5 per car and $10 per bus or oversized vehicle. Parking attendants will be on duty at least 2½ hours prior to the start of every game to collect money and assist fans with any parking needs. Season ticket holders with two season tickets get one free parking pass per every two season tickets purchased. Season parking passes can be obtained for a discounted rate of $125 per pass by calling 734-5155.
All 140 New Orleans Baby Cakes baseball games will be carried on the flagship station, 1280 AM Sports New Orleans. Saturday night games are simulcast on WRNO 99.5 FM. The live commentary is provided by Tim Grubbs and Ron Swoboda.
If you need to leave the stadium and wish to return, please keep your ticket stub and inform the gate supervisor that you will be re-entering the stadium.
There are restrooms in marked locations throughout the concourse.
There are uniformed police officers stationed inside and outside the ballpark from the time the gates open until they close. They are available for your assistance if needed.
The "Shrine on Airline" is a non-smoking facility. Patrons who wish to smoke or vape must do so outside of the ballpark.
You can get all the Baby Cakes merchandise at the stadium's ground-level retail location inside the main office entrance. The store is open during normal business hours Monday through Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), on Saturdays (10 AM - 2 PM), and during all games, during which the concourse gift shop will also be open.
A select number of Baby Cakes games are televised on Cox Sports Television (CST) Channel 37. Check cakesbaseball.com during the season to see which games are televised. All games, home and away, are available online via subscription to MiLB.tv.
Ushers are located throughout the ballpark and are identifiable by their "Krewe" shirts. They will assist you with seating or they can help with any other questions or concerns including abusive fan behavior.
