A Message From Team President Joe Ricciutti (Season Cancelled)

Hi, I’m BlueClaws Team President Joe Ricciutti. It is with a heavy heart that we sit here today with an announcement we hoped we would never make – the 2020 Minor League Baseball Season, and along with it the BlueClaws season, has been cancelled.

Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has forced baseball to the sidelines while we as a community, and as a nation, do our part to stay safe and beat this together.

While we can’t play this year, we will be back in 2021, when we, for the second time, will celebrate our 20th season of family fun here at the Jersey Shore.

We’re not going anywhere. Be sure to check BlueClaws.com and our social media channels over the course of the summer for updates plus fun, interactive content as we help to digitally fill the summer that we can’t directly fill with fun at the ballpark.

Those of you that have already purchased tickets for the 2020 season will receive a call from a representative shortly. The BlueClaws thank everyone for their patience both to date and as we reach out individually to all ticket-holders.

We appreciate your patience as we reach out to all ticket holders to discuss options.

We are just as disappointed as you not to have baseball at the Jersey Shore this summer, but trust us when we say we’ll be back, and better than ever in 2021.
