LumberKings and Timber Rattlers Postponed

Teams will play one game Friday, Doubleheader Saturday

Clinton, IA - The series opener between the Clinton LumberKings and Wisconsin Timber Rattlers has been postponed due to wet grounds. 

The two teams, who met in the 2012 Western Division Finals, will pick up action on Friday at Ashford University Field.  First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 PM CT.  Clinton will send left-hander Tyler Pike to the mound against Wisconsin right-hander Tyler Wagner.  Friday is Ashford University Night along with a post-game fireworks extravaganza. 

Clinton and Wisconsin will play a doubleheader Saturday with game one set to begin at 4:00 PM CT.  Game two will start approximately one half-hour after the conclusion of game one.  Saturday is Earth Day as kids will receive a LumberKings' school folder courtesy of the Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency.
