After a scoreless first inning, the Flying Chanclas de San Antonio put a crooked number on the scoreboard in the bottom of the second inning. The Chanclas plated three runs on three hits. Dwanya Williams-Sutton started the inning with a base hit and advanced to second base on a Juan Fernandez ground out. Michael Curry drove in Williams-Sutton with an RBI double. Agustin Ruiz was hit by a pitch to put two runners on base. A ground ball out moved both runners into scoring position. Esteury Ruiz drove in both runners with a single to left field.
