P-Nats and Hillcats Postponed Due to Rain on Saturday Night at The Pfitz

Woodbridge, VA---The P-Nats (9-6-Overall, 4-4-Home) and Lynchburg Hillcats (5-10-Overall, 2-6-Road) had Game Two of their four-game series at The Pfitz rained out on Saturday night. The game has been postponed and re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon consisting of two seven-inning contests.

A late blooming storm hit the Woodbridge, VA area early Saturday evening and steady rain was expected to fall throughout the evening making play impossible.

A doubleheader has been scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday), the gates will open at 12:00 pm with Game One slated to begin with a 1:05 pm first pitch and Game Two to begin approximately 30-45 minutes following the conclusion of Game One.

The Nationals and Hillcats two starting pitchers have yet to be determined for tomorrow's doubleheader.

The first 1,000 fans to enter The Pfitz will receive a 2015 P-Nats Team Photo provided by HIBU. It's also the first Bark in the Park day at Pfitzner Stadium and the kids can run the bases following the conclusion of Game Two.
