May 5, 2015

The Durham Bulls have announced their 2015 television schedule, highlighted by an increase in regional broadcasts and an appearance on national television. Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and Me-TV will televise 55 Bulls home games in 2015, all in high definition. On Thursday, June 25, the DBAP will host Minor League Baseball's National Game of the Week live on CBS Sports Network.

Television broadcasts begin May 15 - 17, include Memorial Day on May 25, continue the weekend of May 29 - 31, and then cover all remaining home games beginning June 2. Fans can catch the HD action throughout the Carolinas on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel 323 and locally over-the-air on Me-TV Channel 50.2. All regional telecasts will again be produced by Explorer Post 50, a youth-based program now in its 17th season, which provides students ages 14-20 with an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the field of television broadcasting.

CBS Sports Network is available across the country through local cable providers and via satellite on DirecTV Channel 221 and Dish Network Channel 158.

To augment the viewing experience, the Bulls will also provide a live stream of the videoboard embedded within the Blue Monster at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Viewable within the Bulls' official "Inside the Park" mobile app and at durhambulls.com, the videoboard stream will provide a second screen experience for broadcast viewers who will now be able to see statistical information, player headshots, between-innings entertainment and live crowd video.
