DURHAM, NC - The Durham Bulls managed just two hits in a 5-0 loss to the Gwinnett Braves Sunday evening at the DBAP, as Gwinnett completed the three-game sweep.

Southpaw Greg Smith (4-4) turned in a strong outing for the visitors, surrendering just two singles over six innings, before a pair of relievers held Durham hitless over the final three frames. In the fourth inning Gwinnett (56-51) broke the deadlock, scoring a run on a two-out single by Jordan Lennerton. The 1-0 score held until the eighth, when the G-Braves opened the contest up by plating three runs behind four singles, an error and a wild pitch. In the ninth Gwinnett plated one more when Joey Terdoslavich delivered an RBI single with two outs.
