February 27, 2012
Spokane, WA--With Opening Night fast approaching, the Spokane Indians are looking for outgoing, energetic, and fun-loving fans to join their game day staff for the 2012 season. The Indians have a wide variety of positions available and offer a great work environment.

The 2012 game day job fair will take place at Avista Stadium on April 14th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

"The Indians have a long history of outstanding customer service and that starts with our game day employees," said Senior Vice President Otto Klein. "Many of our full-time staff members began as game day employees, so these jobs are a great opportunity to start a career in the sports industry."

Positions available for the 2012 season include: servers, bartenders, hawkers, concessionaires, team store members, ticket takers, bat boys, maintenance, press box, section leaders, and greeters.

The job fair includes a 30-minute tour of Avista Stadium from members of the Indians full-time staff, which will include descriptions of the available positions. Following the stadium tour, applicants with a resume will be able to sign up for an interview, which will be conducted the day of or the following week depending on availability.

Interested applicants must be at least 16-years-old to apply.

Resumes will be required to sign up for an interview. For more information about the job fair, contact Chris Duff by phone at (509) 343-6809 or by email at [email protected].
