Hillcats Preisdent Chris Jones receives Monster and BODYARMOR deal

Lynchburg, Va.- Being both the President and General Manager of a minor league baseball team takes a lot of energy, but Chris Jones will always be ready to go thanks to a pair of sponsorship deals with Monster Energy and BODYARMOR.
BODYARMOR collaborates with some of the biggest sports stars in the world, but this partnership with the Hillcats and Jones marks a first for the sports drink.

"BODYARMOR is excited to announce the latest addition to the BODYARMOR Team, our first EVER minor league baseball front office partnership, Chris Jones of the Lynchburg Hillcats," said a spokesperson for the famous sports drink. "BODYARMOR will be the official Sports Drink of both the Lynchburg Hillcats AND Chris Jones! We are looking forward to everything the partnership will bring for all three organizations in 2020 and beyond! We're actually not sure what Chris will bring to the group, but it was kind of a package deal."
Anyone that knows Chris knows that he has always been a massive fan of Monster Energy. He's always relied on the drink as a pick me up to power through the 140 game Hillcats' season and can usually be found wandering around the ballpark with one in hand.  
"Monster Energy is very excited to collaborate with Hillcats' President Chris Jones," said a spokesperson for Monster. "We know Chris is a huge fan of Monster and we're hoping the drink energizes him to actually get some work done. One can dream!"  
Jones enters his fifth season as President of the Hillcats, having earned Carolina League Executive of the Year in 2017 during the team's championship season. The Hillcats kick-off the season with an Opening Night Extravaganza Monday, April 13th at City Stadium.
