Islanders, Longhorns Cap April 13 Doubleheader

CORPUS CHRISTI - CORPUS CHRISTI - The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders and the Texas Longhorns will cap a day-night doubleheader at Whataburger Field on Monday, April 13 at 6:35 p.m.

The doubleheader begins with the Hooks taking on the Springfield Cardinals in a special 11:05 a.m. start.
The in-state matchup marks the fourth straight season the two sides have faced at Whataburger Field, home of the Hooks. The Longhorns own a 13-4 record against the Islanders dating back to 2007. Last season, the Islanders secured an 8-2 victory.
Ticket prices range from $16 to $19. Current Islanders students who present a valid student ID will receive free admission to the game.
