Q: How long can we expect the Tulsa Drillers 2020 season to be postponed?
A:
At this point, no one knows the answer to this question. The good news is the season is not canceled, but currently delayed. We hope to play a complete schedule of games, but at this point, we do not know exactly what the season will look like. The Drillers are in regular contact with Minor League Baseball, Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Dodgers. We will work with these partners as well as national, state and local health officials in order to begin the season as soon as it is safe to do so. We are continuing with planning and preparations for baseball to be played at ONEOK Field this year.

Q: Will the Drillers / ONEOK Field Offices Remain Open?
A:  Our office will be closed to visitors beginning on March 18, but we will have a small staff on site to answer calls from fans, receive packages and handle other basic services here. Other staff members will be working remotely and will be reachable via email. Please check our Staff Directory, available at TulsaDrillers.com, if you would need to contact a member of our staff.

Q: What do I do if I hold tickets for a game that is postponed or cancelled?
A:
Major League Baseball has communicated the ultimate goal is to play a full season this year, so if you hold tickets to a game that is not played, do not get rid of them! As per Drillers Ticket Policy, tickets for canceled or postponed games can be redeemed for like tickets, based on availability, for any future game. The Drillers will work with all ticket holders to ensure fans do not have wasted tickets and guarantee they receive full value on their tickets.

Q: What is the status of the Bedlam Game between the OU and OSU that was to be played at ONEOK Field?
A:
The Big 12 Conference has canceled all spring sports activities through the end of the current academic year and this includes the Bedlam Game that was scheduled to be played in Tulsa on March 31. Fans who have purchased tickets to the Bedlam Game will be given the option to exchange the tickets for a future Drillers game or to request a refund. We will begin exchanges or refund requests once our normal business hours are resumed. We will announce the date as soon as possible. We will also continue to work with the schools in hopes of scheduling another game in the future.

Q: Can I still be involved with the 2020 season by purchasing tickets or sponsorship packages?
A:
Yes, you can! Individual tickets for scheduled games can be purchased online at TulsaDrillers.com. If you or your company would like to be involved in the 2020 season through a Drillers sponsorship or with season or group tickets, call our office line at 918-744-5901 and we will have a representative discuss available options with you.

Q: Will the team store remain open?
A:  The Tulsa Drillers Team Store will be closed beginning March 18 but the Drillers online store will remain open 24 hours a day at Drillers.milbstore.com. We will be fulfilling mail orders 2-3 days per week so shipping may be slightly delayed as compared to normal. Shipping charges will be discounted by up to 33% during this timeframe.
