Renegades Blank Vermont 2-0 On Monday

Zach Trageton (3-2) scattered two hits with five strikeouts over six innings to earn the win, while Andrew Gross two strikeouts in two perfect innings for his second save. Colby White allowed a single and issued a walk (the only allowed by the Rengades over the last two games) in a scoreless seventh inning.
Vermont (9-15) has now lost nine of its last 10 games overall, while also losing each of their last four home games (three by shutout) and have scored just one run over their last 40 innings played at Centennial Field.
The Lake Monsters and Renegades will wrap up the three-game series on Tuesday with the annual 11:05 am day game at Centennial.
