TAMPA, FL - In the final game of a three game series at George M. Steinbrenner Field, the Bradenton Marauders were able to salvage the final game of the set after dropping the first pair of contests. OF Travis Swaggerty knocked his fifth home run of the 2019 season in the victory, a seventh inning shot that made the score at the time 7-1. Bradenton's bullpen faltered slightly, allowing single runs in the seventh and eighth innings, but were able to ultimately slam the door in a game that was punctuated by timely hitting with 12 hits recorded by the visiting side on Sunday.

After Tampa 3B Angel Aguilar got the scoring started in the third inning on a solo home run, the Marauders tied the game up at one in the fourth inning on back to back doubles with two outs from DH Raul Hernandez and 3B Dylan Busby. The visitors added three more runs and took their first lead in the fifth inning when Travis Swaggerty unloaded on a pitch and deposited a home run over the right field wall to bring the score to 4-1. Bradenton then plated another trio of tallies in the seventh inning on just two hits with a pair of walks mixed in.
RHP Max Kranick moved to 4-5 with a win on the hill Sunday afternoon after tossing 6.1 innings, his third straight outing with 6+ frames tossed, as he allowed a pair of runs on just three hits while walking four and striking out five Tarpons batters.
