The 2021 Triple-A East season is scheduled to begin May 4, with the Tides Home Opener scheduled for Tuesday, May 18 at 6:35 p.m. against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. We will do our best to keep you informed of developments that may impact the 2021 season.

2021 Season Update

Q: When will the Tides' 2021 season start?

A: Opening Night at Harbor Park is slated to be played on Tuesday, May 18 at 6:35 p.m. when the Tides host the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. The Tides start the regular season on the road with a trip to Jacksonville and Charlotte beginning May 4. Click here to view the Tides 2021 game schedule.

Q: When will the 2021 promotional schedule be announced?

A: Our 2021 promotional schedule has been announced and can be viewed here. Additional promotions will be added throughout the season and all promotions, dates and game times are subject to change.

Q: Can I purchase Group Tickets for 2021?

A: Absolutely. Please contact John Muszkewycz at (757) 622-2222 ext. 107 or via [email protected].

Q: When will ticket plans and individual tickets go on sale for the 2021 season?

A: Single-game tickets for the month of May only will go on sale to the general public Tuesday, May 4 at 10 a.m., with fans able to purchase tickets in person at the Harbor Park box office, online by clicking here or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets will be available in socially-distant pod seating, with each pod consisting of groups of two, four, or six seats. Each pod must be filled, leaving no single seat empty.

Single-game tickets for June, July, August and September will be announced at a later date in accordance with state social-distancing guidelines.

Q: Can I exchange tickets or vouchers I have from 2020 for tickets in 2021?

A: Yes. You can exchange your tickets or vouchers from 2020 at the Harbor Park box office for any Tides home game in 2021, based upon availability.

Q: Can I use my 2020 “Baseball Bucks” for the 2021 season?

A: Yes. Any “Baseball Bucks” purchased for the 2020 season will be honored for the 2021 season and will remain valid until September 30, 2021.

Q: Will the Pajaritos be back in 2021?

A: The Tides will play as the Pajaritos de Norfolk for two Copa de la Diversión nights (September 5 & September 18). These dates are subject to change.

Q: Will the "Office Night" promotions be scheduled in 2021?

A: We are hopeful to schedule these promotions in 2021 and will depend on the availability of the actors' schedules.

Q: Is Harbor Park open?

A: Currently, the Tides' administrative offices are open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Box Office will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, and will be open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday each week. More information on the Team Store below.

Q: Although the Tides Team Store is closed, can I still buy Tides merchandise?

A: Online shopping options are available at https://tides.milbstore.com. In-person shopping is available by appointment only and you can call 757-622-2222 Ext. 102 to schedule an appointment. Please note that shipments are being processed twice per week at this time.
