FORT WORTH, Texas - Texas League President, Tim Purpura, announced earlier this month the Northwest Arkansas Naturals earned Best Visiting Clubhouse and Best Umpires Locker Room. FORT WORTH, Texas - Texas League President, Tim Purpura, announced earlier this month the Northwest Arkansas Naturals earned Best Visiting Clubhouse and Best Umpires Locker Room. The visiting clubhouse award marks the second time under Naturals' clubhouse manager, Danny Helmer, the organization has garnered the honor.
"Very honored and humbled for the success we have achieved as a staff this season," said Helmer who completed his 11th season as the franchise's lone clubhouse manager. "I am extremely proud of [clubhouse assistant] Tyler [Burson] and the rest of our clubhouse staff to have the desire to improve day in and day out."

Burson just completed his third season working in the visiting clubhouse.
"Since coming to Northwest Arkansas we are blessed to work in one of the premiere facilities in all of minor league baseball at Arvest Ballpark and the goal has always been year in and year out to be the best," continued Helmer. "We are excited to earn the Best Visiting Clubhouse and Umpire Locker Room in 2018 and we look forward to the upcoming 2019. season"
The annual Texas League Awards are voted on by all four umpiring crews and each member of the coaching staff for all seven other affiliates in the league.
The Naturals will commence upon the 2019 season at Arvest Ballpark on Thursday, April 4th taking on the Springfield Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals).
