The new hours for the Naturals Team Store and Arvest Ballpark Box Office give more opportunities to fans to purchase merchandise and tickets for the upcoming season of Naturals baseball.

SPRINGDALE, Ark. - With Opening Night less than a month away, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals are excited to announce expanded hours for both the Naturals Team Store and the Arvest Ballpark Box Office during March. The Naturals Team Store will now be open Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. until

SPRINGDALE, Ark. - With Opening Night less than a month away, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals are excited to announce expanded hours for both the Naturals Team Store and the Arvest Ballpark Box Office during March.
The Naturals Team Store will now be open Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday while the Arvest Ballpark Box Office will be open 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 12:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both the Team Store and Box Office are closed on Sunday. Opening Night of the 2019 season is on Thursday, April 4 when the Naturals take on the Springfield Cardinals (Double-A St. Louis) at Arvest Ballpark with first pitch scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Tickets for the home opener and all other home games and special events in 2019 are now on sale at the Arvest Ballpark Box Office.

Single game ticket prices (excluding special events) are as follows:

  • Home Plate Super Premium - $13.75 ($14.75 on day of game)
  • Dugout Super Premium - $12.75 ($13.75 on day of game)
  • Dugout Premium - $10.75 ($11.75 on day of game)
  • 1B/3B Reserved - $8.75 ($9.75 on day of game)
  • Tylenol Grass Berm/General Admission - $7.75 ($8.75 on day of game)


Children 12 and under and adults over 65 years of age receive $1 off of Home Plate Super Premium, Dugout Super Premium, Dugout Premium, 1B/3B Reserved, or our Tylenol Grass Berm/General Admission seating for single game ticket purchases. Active and retired military will also receive the $1 ticket discount at the box office by presenting the proper identification. (Excludes games considered special events on May 17, July 3, and August 16)
