50/50 Raffle Salesperson

The OKC Dodgers Baseball Foundation is seeking motivated individuals to be the driving sales force behind the Foundation’s 50/50 raffle. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hard-working and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. The employee will be responsible for daily sales of raffle tickets to baseball fans at either a stationary kiosk or as a roaming sales representative. The employee must be able to accept and account for sums of cash on a nightly basis. In addition, this person will communicate the 50/50 raffle rules and procedures clearly to potential customers.

Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in the overall fan experience at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. They are considered our frontline employees as they are in many cases the first individuals a customer sees upon entering the ballpark. Customer Service Representatives must perform their duties in an efficient manner, while offering a high-quality customer service experience to every customer who enters the ballpark.

Team Store Representative

Our Team Store Representatives play a critical role in the overall fan experience at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. They are considered our frontline employees as they are in many cases one of the first individuals a customer sees upon entering the ballpark. Team Store Representatives must perform their duties in an efficient manner, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Gameday Grounds Crew

Our Gameday Groundscrew members play a critical role in the operation of the game at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Whether it be setting up and taking down batting practice, dragging and marking the field, or pulling tarp in weather situations, Gameday Groundscrew Members must perform their duties in an efficient manner, while tasked with many different variables on game nights.

Ticket Office Window Attendant

Our Ticket Office Window Attendants play a critical role in the overall fan experience at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Ticket Office Window Attendants must perform their duties in an efficient and professional manner and must be outgoing, reliable and conscientious.

Club Attendant

Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager, the club attendant is responsible for assisting with the set-up of the club buffet, maintaining the buffet, and clean-up of buffet at the end of the event. They are also in charge of cleaning tables and restocking in the club area.

Club Runner

Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager, the club runner is responsible for assisting in the delivery of food for a specific order without sacrificing quality and presentation of food.

Catering Warehouse Manager

Under the general supervision of the Catering Manager, the Catering Warehouse Manager is responsible for stocking each location based off of a predetermined needs list. Also, the Catering Warehouse Manager is responsible for any necessary restocking of product during the events.

Cashier

Under the general supervision of the Concession Manager, the cashier is responsible for taking guest orders, including the receipt and disbursement of money or legal tender (credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, team cash, coupons or comp cash) during game day of concession stands, or portables at the facility using cash registers.

Concession Stand Cook

Under the general supervision of the Executive Chef and Concession Manager, the concession cook is responsible for preparing food and assisting in the preparation of items during the event. The cook should understand the proper cooking and holding procedures to not sacrifice quality or freshness of product.

Kitchen Cook

Under the general supervision of the kitchen supervisor and executive chef, the cook is responsible for preparing food and assisting in the delivery of food for the entire catering operation without sacrificing quality and presentation of food using large volume cooking equipment.

Kitchen Dishwasher

Under the general supervision of the Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor, dishwashers provide positively outrageous guest service to patrons at all locations by ensuring all dishes and utensils are clean and safe for all events at the facility. They will assist the kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen meets all standards set by both PSC and the Health Department. Dishwashers must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job.
