The teams opened a five-game series Monday and Oklahoma City's loss snapped a three-game winning streak for the Dodgers, while also handing them their 11th loss in the last 12 games at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
The Dodgers (49-41) took the game's first lead in the first inning - the sixth straight game in which Oklahoma City scored first against their opponent.
The Baby Cakes (45-49) scored five runs in the fourth inning to take a 5-1 lead, as the Dodgers were charged with three errors in the frame.

The Dodgers and Baby Cakes continue their series with a doubleheader at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The doubleheader of two seven-inning games is to make up a game that was rained out at New Orleans July 2 and the Baby Cakes will play as the home team in Game 1. Game 2 will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
