Oklahoma City - The Nashville Sounds evened their series against the Oklahoma City Dodgers with an 8-4 win against the Dodgers Friday night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
After the Dodgers won Thursday's series opener, Nashville built a 5-1 lead in the top of the fourth inning Friday. The Sounds then tacked on three more runs on Nick Martini's second homer of the game in the sixth inning for an 8-2 advantage as they tied the four-game series, 1-1.

Oklahoma City - The Nashville Sounds evened their series against the Oklahoma City Dodgers with an 8-4 win against the Dodgers Friday night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
After the Dodgers won Thursday's series opener, Nashville built a 5-1 lead in the top of the fourth inning Friday. The Sounds then tacked on three more runs on Nick Martini's second homer of the game in the sixth inning for an 8-2 advantage as they tied the four-game series, 1-1.
The Dodgers (25-13) cut the Sounds' lead to four runs in the seventh inning, but were held scoreless over the final two frames for their fourth loss in the last five games overall. Friday also marked just the fourth home loss of the season at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for the Dodgers, who fell to 18-4 at home.
The Sounds (21-19) loaded the bases with one out in the second inning and Steve Lombardozzi hit a sacrifice fly to bring home the first run of the night for a 1-0 Nashville lead. 
A solo homer by Martini led off the third inning for a 2-0 Sounds lead. Jake Smolinski's RBI double and Dustin Garneau's RBI single later in the inning pushed Nashville's lead to 4-0.
Rocky Gale led off the bottom of the third inning with a single for Oklahoma City and came around to score on a RBI single by Donovan Solano for the Dodgers' first run of the night, cutting Nashville's lead to 4-1.
Jorge Mateo's sacrifice fly in the fourth inning put the Sounds in front, 5-1.
Solano's RBI single into left field brought home OKC's second run of the night in the fifth inning, cutting Nashville's lead to 5-2.
With two runners on base, Martini connected on his second homer of the night in the sixth inning to extend the Sounds to an 8-2 lead.
Solano's RBI groundout and a RBI single by Alex Verdugo in the seventh inning cut Nashville's lead to 8-4.
Solano finished the night 2-for-5, driving in three of Oklahoma City's four runs in the game, while Tim Locastro and Breyvic Valera each collected three hits for the Dodgers.
Oklahoma City starting pitcher Justin DeFratus (2-2) was charged with the loss, allowing eight runs (seven earned) and 10 hits over 5.1 innings with three walks and six strikeouts.
Kendall Graveman (2-0) earned the win for Nashville, allowing two runs and nine hits over 6.0 innings with two walks and three strikeouts.
The Dodgers outhit the Sounds, 13-12.
The Dodgers continue their four-game series against the Nashville Sounds at 7:05 p.m. Saturday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
